Óscar Flores was born in Mexico City on November 13, 1976 is an actor, director, adapter and translator of Mexican dubbing, known for dubbing (interpreting) Number 1 from the KND series, Static Shock in the homonymous series, Shino Aburame in Naruto, Mando in the Mandalorian series, War Machine in the Marvel MCU movies, Ice King and Simon in Adventure Time, Eddy (second voice) in Ed, Edd and Eddy, Justing Long in various movies and for dubbing Stephen Stills (Mark Webber) in Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (film) and also for directing the Latin Mexican dubbing of that film.
