Óscar Flores is an actor as well as a dub actor who provided the Mexican dub for Stephen Stills in Scott Pilgrim vs. the World and Scott Pilgrim Takes Off.

Flores is also known for dubbing Number 1 from the KND series, Static Shock in the homonymous series, Shino Aburame in Naruto, Mando in the Mandalorian series, War Machine in the Marvel MCU movies, Ice King and Simon in Adventure Time, Eddy (second voice) in Ed, Edd and Eddy, Justing Long in various movies, directing the Latin Mexican dubbing of that film.
