E.T. is the titular main protagonist from the 1982 science fiction movie E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. He is a short brown extra-terrestrial that was accidentally left on Earth by his botanist colleagues and became friends with a young boy named Elliott.

E.T. appears in Scott Pilgrim Takes Off as a cameo in "Whatever", along with Elliot.
