When Scott transferred to St. Joel's, he met the geography teacher who assigned him as a partner to Kim. He tasked his class to do a piece of work which Kim described as "some stupid partner thing" to Scott.

The geography teacher can be seen sitting next to Dominique at the premiere of Scott Pilgrim's Precious Little Musical in "The World Vs Scott Pilgrim".
