I Feel Fine is a song performed by Sex Bob-omb that is featured in Scott Pilgrim Takes Off. There are two versions of the song, "Pt. 1" which features in "Scott Pilgrim's Precious Little Life" and "Pt. 2" which features in "The World Vs Scott Pilgrim".
History[]
I Feel Fine is the first song heard in the series, with Sex Bob-omb performing it at Stephen's House in the introduction in front of Young Neil and Knives Chau.
After performing the song, Knives proclaims that Sex Bob-omb are the best band ever, with Kim denying it.
When Knives joins Sex Bob-omb at the end of the series, the band performs the song once more with the addition of a keyboard tune, added to the song by Knives. After performing the song in front of Young Neil and Ramona Flowers, Kim states that they are actually good, a contrast from her initial statement before Knives joined the band.
Versions[]
"Pt. 1" version[]
The "Pt. 1" version features in the first episode, "Scott Pilgrim's Precious Little Life" where Scott is seen walking to Stephen's house to perform the song. It is performed in front of Knives and Young Neil.
"Pt. 2" version[]
The "Pt. 2" version features in the epilogue of the final episode, "The World Vs Scott Pilgrim". Although it uses the same lyrics, the differences include the inclusion of Knives Chau on the keyboard and the band wearing different clothes to the clothes they wore during "Pt. 1"
