Mr. Flowers is Ramona Flowers' father.
History[]
Given that his daughter, Ramona, was born in 1980, it can be assumed that he was born around the late 50s to early 1960s.
In 1984, Ramona took figure skating classes. Given that she was age four at the time, either he or her mother signed her up for it.
When Ramona disappeared at the end of Volume 5, she sought refuge at her father's place in the wilderness, intending to clear out her emotional baggage. Instead, she bruised her knee, slept around the house all day long, went on the Internet, and watched the entirety of The X-Files.
