Ramona briefly dated Matthew in the middle school during the seventh grade at the height of football season.

There, the both of them took down the jocks on the football team and both . After a week, Ramona broke up with Matthew, leaving him heartbroken.

In 2004, Ramona told Scott about the events of her relationship with Matthew back in middle school ahead of Scott's fight with Matthew at Club Rockit.
