Sonic Boom

Sonic Boom was a record shop in Toronto, Canada which was visited by Scott Pilgrim and Knives Chau and was the location of where Scott broke up with her.

History[]

Sonic Boom appears in both Volume 2 and Scott Pilgrim vs. the World when Scott and Knives visit the record shop following Scott's meeting with Ramona Flowers for the first time. Whilst checking out some of the CDs, one of which is The Clash at Demonhead, Scott tries to gather courage to break up with Knives, to which he does so by saying that they "should break up or whatever" after Knives declares that she's in love with Scott and invites him over to dinner.

Sonic Boom is a real record shop which was located at 512 Bloor Street West, however it moved to 215 Spadina Avenue following the production of Scott Pilgrim vs. the World.
