Woodbine Beach

Woodbine Beach is a beach in Toronto, Canada which features at the beginning of Volume 4.

Scott Pilgrim, Ramona Flowers, Kim Pine, Julie Powers, Stephen Stills, Young Neil and Knives Chau visit during the period between Stephen's and Julie's birthday.

History[]

In Volume 4, Scott and his friends visit the beach during the period between Stephen's and Julie's birthday, although Julie celebrates her birthday there despite it not being her actual birthday. There, they play volleyball and Scott gets hit by Julie.

Ramona helps Scott up and asks Young Neil where Knives is. An angry Knives looks on back with her camera whilst standing in the water.

Later on at night, they host a camp fire where Stephen performs a song with the other members of Sex Bob-omb singing along with him.

Afterwards, Scott and the others head to Julie's aunt's house.

Woodbine Beach is a real beach which is located in the south east of Toronto.
Although it is not namedropped, it is implied to be Woodbine Beach based on the similar landscape.
